From Eth Bistró (Michelin Space) to L'Òpera Bistró Sitges

In November 2015, we had the idea of ​​opening a unique and different gastronomic space in Vielha (Eth Bistró Gastro Espai), which knew how to win the affection of those who visited us and, at the same time, also offered us a better perspective of our objective. : make our customers and friends happy.

With a gastronomic idea totally different from what we could find in the Valley, we believe that we knew how to fill a void that was necessary, seeing the affection that clients from all over Spain, France, etc. professed us day by day, with their smile, their gratitude and loyalty, which made us nurture that enthusiasm and the desire to share with everyone, a dynamic and creative family cuisine.

With L´Òpera Bistró we have just landed in the Port of Sitges, in what was previously La Bocana to offer that same formula, based on our vision of gastronomy, based on working with the best products from km0 and that vision of our cuisine , which led us to success in the Aran Valley.
